thats fine, but there is no reason why this setup wont make good numbers. seems that people are doubting that by some of the comments.

Why would Romey not be sure about this on a VQ or are you skeptical? because of the 1000 hp claim? I think thats a lil dubious as well as a quick search only shows mid 800 hp dynos....

VQ is just another air pump....this case putting a 76mm turbo in front of it....of course its should make power.
No clue on efficiency but should still do good (got an extra 0.5L of displacement over the supra's and way better flowing heads, and those guys love these 76mm turbos)

I think a 76 is almost perfect for the 3.5, very nice looking build you got here.

because the BMW is I6 and the VQ is a V6.. its much easier and more efficient to make power on an I6 vs V6 with a Single Turbo.. in this case the piping is way more important and will be one of the set backs to not making good power.. Rome and I arn't saying it won't happen.. we are just skeptical and would like to see some numbers first

Hmmm... Not a turbo that would be on my short list for a single turbo build, but interested to see the results none the less.

closest thing is a gt4202

check out the charts on garretts website. That's what Hal has in his 9sec 775hp car.
