Default O ring size on AAM fuel return ?

Just recently replaced my o ring on fuel pump assembly but still getting a small gas leak from the 90 degree AN fitting for the fuel return. Anyone know the o ring size for replacement and where I can pick one up ?

The 90* fitting on the top of the assembly? AAM's instructions show it to be a -4AN fitting.

Im not looking for the fitting itself but the rubber seal / o ring that seals its off to the top of the white plastic. The AAM instructions dont really mention anything about the size just says o ring ???

Try calling a Hydraulic shop in your area, and bring the -4 fitting in to see if they can get you the proper O-ring. Your compound should be Buna and it is probably .20 cents for the O-ring.

I know, just figured if you knew the fitting size it might help you source an o-ring

When I assembled my pump for the fuel return fitting, I incorporated a little JB weld around the fitting to ensure a little extra reinforcement and leak prevention. Hasn't failed after 4 years.
See below:

Looks a little messy but all of that extra grime got cleaned up...dirty finger prints of JB weld, later to be cleaned off.
