This should answer some questions:

http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/...708_210145.jpg

Yes it hangs low, and yes we had to bang on a lot of stuff to get it to fit, but I can live with it.

Seriously! Kentucky... hmmm... :icon38:
It'll be about a month I'd say until it's running, hopefully I'm wrong and over estimating.

Benefits of your turbo being mounted in that location? I do like your pipework looks tho flows smooth

A) Visual. Can't see turbo=good thing.
B) Sound. Longtubes with stepped Y pipe will sound, AWESOME (in theory)
C) Exhaust velocities. The speeds should be through the roof. Not one nasty bend in all the exhaust up to the turbo, and with the way the turbos mounted sideways should help even more.
D) Fabrication. Was (in theory) easier than other setups.
E) Downpipe. Will be a pretty straight shot after the 90* off the turbo, which means even better flow up top.

pfffff exhuast f that side side exit it and destroy people driving next to you.

bgant3 Jul 9, 2012 12:46 PM

graffkid732 Jul 9, 2012 01:16 PM

Looks good. Can't wait to see vids and hear the exhaust/turbo setup.

if all of your "theories" work, then that's some awesome thinking. Still like the side exhaust idea added to it tho lol. That'd be nuts.

dang, I woulda ran that joker right to the rear with a QSV. woulda bypassed all the clearance issues and response would probably be even better.

where is the DS in those pics? man thats gotta be tight :)
