Surprisingly I had a shot at 2nd (or 3rd) had my car been running correctly. I think I qualified 4th even with a f'd up 2.2 60 ft. Not a huge lineup of big power cars outside of the GTR's and Sal's car.
I will say that track prep wasn't all that great. Mazworx almost crashed their 240 every time they ran, and I was getting hit or miss traction off the line. I finally hooked when Maxworx ran in front of me and I staged on their tracks, but then my engine bogged thru 1st as usual. Got an electrical gremlin that pwned me bad yesterday.

How did VTR build the ENTIRE car when you can see the build progress in Hell Bents shop?
Not knocking the car as VTR did the engine and trans swap, just clarifying that VTR did not build the turbo kit or the cage, the 2 items that most people refer to when describing a "build".
Hell Bents twin turbo SRT jeeps and challengers are top notch.

"VTR did the tuning"
-> Who built the engine? Who designed the fuel system? Who decided what size turbos to run, what size the intercooler piping was going to be, the design of the intercooler setup, where the turbos would mount, what size injectors, what size throttle body, etc...
"Hell bent actually built the car"
-> Fabricated intercooler piping, manifolds, downpipes off the design wanted by VTR.
I did say that hell bent fabbed up the IC piping, made the downpipes and made the manifolds for the turbo kit.
I never said VTR "built" the turbo kit or the cage. There's a lot more that goes into a race car then fabing pieces of a turbo kit or building a cage.
Hell Bent does the best fabrication, hands down.
Hell bent also did not do the cage in the car, again not sure where you're getting information from.
