I know I've been so busy on the VR6 DeLorean getting ready for the big DeLorean car show. The owner is coming next week to pick it up and drive back to Ohio.

Turbo is a T3/T4. Compression was dropped to 9.2:1 and running 5psi for now until phase II which is a auto tranny upgrade. Car made around 200whp on 5psi and can put down 400whp as is. Car makes about 95whp stock. The big holdback is the transmission. The car drove from Florida to Ohio nonstop 15hrs, 1000+ miles with zero issues.

I finally have had some time to work on the Z. I got the throttle body installed and cable hooked up. I have a few little things to button up under the intake before it's done on that side. Turbo manifold is all welded up and it looks great, thank you Kiko Engineering in South FL. I need to add a support brake that I'm going to run to the engine mount to help support the weight of the manifold and the turbo. I'm going to have the flanges run on a mill this week to make sure they're are flat and then I can get the turbo installed finally. next will be the fuel system and Megasquirt Pro module install.

So I'm finally back on the car after getting a few customers cars done. I finished up a lot of little things like the throttle body and waste gate install. I was able to fab up the 3.5" downpipe and started the 3.5" aluminum exhaust. I still have to finish up the dump tube for the waste gate. What's nice is I'm using the original wideband sensors that plug right into the factory harness.
After looking closely at the fuel and EVAP hard lines running from the back of the car to the front, I am going to use the EVAP line as my fuel feed and the original fuel line as my return. I'll just TIG weld AN fitting to the ends. I decided to use them because they are hard lines and they are already neatly run from the back to the front of the car.

Thank for the compliment, I can't wait to hear this thing run!
So I wanted a simple in tank fuel pump setup for a Walbro E85 416lph pump, so I made my own. This unit uses the factors fuel level sender and low level sensor. I also designed a venturi siphone to pull fuel from drivers side tank as the fuel level drops. It has a AN-8 outlet and AN-6 inlet. I'm going to use a 4 pin Mil spec connector for power and signals.

I finished up the fuel pump assembly. I used all Teflon wiring and Viton rubber to seal up the terminals. I'm waiting on my $30 a foot in tank fuel hose to finish off the tank siphon and I can close the tank up. Everything will be E85 compatible inside the tank. All the new fuel pump relay/wiring is finished and ready to go. I ran a 12awg wire from the battery to a 40A relay at the tank and will trigger the relay with the original fuel pump wires.
