What Model 350z do you have?
Had the car out yesterday and other than some weird fuel sounds in my lines (swirls and suction sounds - may be cavitation...) the car ran 'fun' ... did a few pulls and got into a new load column to tune...it was fun...
Got up this morning and headed over to the trusty moving & storage facility...they got a .01 ton truck scale, $10 later I came in at 3080 lbs... I did have my computer/book case (enter weight) in the trunk I should deduct...

Got the passenger side blower off ... As best I can tell the oil line is clogged as well but the blower is still intact with minimal play in the shaft.
I'm leaning towards replacing both with new CHRA along with installing the aforementioned -4 AN lines, an inline filter, and running a thinner oil (currently running 5w valvoline synpower) opinions on oil anyone?
while the car is up in the air:
1. gonna get the first few ducts off the blower welded on (as opposed to using the couplers)
2. reverse my hardware on my oil return lines - fittings on the inside of the pan, nuts on the outside of the pan)
3. install the greddy wastegate relocation kit - Hat tip to Cux350 for pointing me to Total D who fabs them up... (Sucker Punching Motorsports)...
4. get the boost control solenoid fab'd up ... thinking about running hard copper line versus silicone / rubber hose

waste gate relocation kit came in... tip of the hat to Jeremiah @ Sucker Punch Motorspots - I was pretty happy that he fabricates them up! Beautiful welds ...

^thanks Esco! I think I'm going to have little bit of a fitment issue on the passenger side ... If I remember right you had some issues with your SVR Tech kit??
I think a 1/2" spacer will fix the problem - I may ask Jeremiah to weld on a stub of pipe and he'll probably modify his jig while he's at it. But all in all, pretty happy with the kit...I knew there may be a fitment issue.
a few things came in...
-4 to -10 fittings came in for the oil filter ... (unintentionally large - didnt realize when I purchased it but gonna roll with it) fab'd up the feed lines.
The diaphragms came in, lube'd up the valve stem with antiseize and bolted everything back together - was careful not to pinch the diaphragm.
I think a 1/2" spacer will fix the problem - I may ask Jeremiah to weld on a stub of pipe and he'll probably modify his jig while he's at it. But all in all, pretty happy with the kit...I knew there may be a fitment issue.

attended a professional public works conference and picked up 6 of these light-bulb shaped squeeze-stress-relievers ... ditch the (clean) shop rags for these:

Building the waste gate assembly ...
If I knew then what I knew now...would have NEVER used the typical nut & bolt setup but rather used hex-head allen wrench bolts...would have solved all my clearance issues and made disassembling so much easier...onward and upward!
I had standard AN -3 hoses to from my vac block to the waste gate and decided to run hard lines ... I was going to order some steel lines but I can pickup copper lines from the hardware store pretty easy... throw some flares on them and I'm good to go...one from the vac block to the solenoid and two from the solenoid to each waste gate.

ahhh damm!t ... chalk this up to you get what you paid for...found a fabricator thought he would have TIG'd it but I think he squirt-gun MIG'd it...$80 later
but nothing the happy-wheel cant put a shine on...
all in all - happy with how it came out after the 30 minutes of grinding
wrapped up the relocation kit, waste gates installed, hardlines run ...

Looks good cleaned up but personally I would have left the welds alone. Adds strength and with welding cast aluminum there is a large chance of pin holes. I want to do the same thing with my twin setup. I hate the coupler being so close to heat and its a huge pita to get to the clamps.

I was very worried about pin holes before I ground off the welds off but nothing was apparent - if I find any I'll have them re-welded...

^thanks - we had a good 10 to 15 hours of fab / welding time in it ... we collectively fabricated everything to mimic the OEM W brace and a buddy did the welding. It's maybe a pound or two lighter than the OEM steel but nothing significant.
doing away with the copper vac lines ... they arent holding up like I thought they would...back to the AN-3 lines...
boost control solenoid hooked up & plumbed to the waste gates and vac block...
replacement CHRAs/blowers ordered last week - should be in this upcoming Friday...waiting on a few fittings between the turbos and the oil feed lines ...

nice to see your still working on this and making progress. I did have issues with fitting those svrtech wastegate relocation pipes. I could never get them to fit right with my down pipes. Ended up just having a whole exhaust system custom made. Best decision for sure. Everything fits perfectly. keep up the good work sir
