If it was me - I'd drive the car for a few weeks and determine if the second fan is necessary. In stop and go traffic the engine isn't producing heat like cruising or WOT pulls would so you don't need the cooling capacity - its sorta a self-fulfilling prophecy...

Update on the fan and radiator: For the past few days, I've seen normal operating Temps from 177 to 185, On full stops on the lights, the highest I've seen is 195. Upon driving again it quickly decreases and after approx a minute I'm down to 183-185 and continues decreasing as the car is moving at speed. Overall I'm happy about this combo in terms of cooling compared to the oem setup.
The Nismo Differential cover came in yesterday. Tonight I will seal the other 3.54 FD VLSD pumpkin with it and prep swapping them out this weekend for my next modification.
On a side note, Also gonna smoke some brisket. Gotta feed the body before anything else, ha.

Yea, I'm satisfied with the cooling for now. I am still looking for a used HR hood, there are hardly any 350z's in my area. Craigslist doesn't show much for SC for Z/G parts.
Looks tasty but it takes a long time, like 10+hrs. But its worth it.

New (Well, the swapped OEM FD diff) is in now, but man, it was a fight. I did not notice that the 3.9 VLSD already in the Z had a stripped Differential Bushing bolt that would not for the life of me get removed. I literally cut the hell outta it with a Sawzall where the bolt screwed in between the subframe bushing and the diff cover to get it out. I also removed the OEM Diff bushing completely to make way for the Z1 Motorsports Polyurethane Rear Diff Bushing.
So right now the car is on jacks until it gets here (2 day shipping so I hope by Wednesday), and ill post the pics up after install.

Finally finished. Thanks to Z1 for the speedy delivery, I just got done with the rear end of the car. Diff is in and bushing is in place. I broke off 2 fins off the new diff cover stupidly and cursed in a fit of drunken rage. Besides from that, everything seems to be copasetic.

Not much to update, car has been doing great after the rear diff+Urethane bushing install. Next on the list is the CJM Twin Pump on my list to get. I've street tuned the car only in light and partial loads, but not WOT because of the need for more reliable/available fuel delivery.
EDIT: Forgot to add that CJ motorsports is revising the design of their twin pump. Expect them to start pushing them out in July sometime...

On a side note, picked up a new Turbo_Guard Maxx for the YSi.

Out of boredom, decided to revise my pulley setup tonight by installing a small tensioner pulley right before the serpentine drive pulley and played with other mounting bracket pulley combinations since I have various sizes here from the YSi kit I bought.
I figured that I needed either a 80 5/8 or 81 1/8 6 rib belt using some string. Ordered the FleetRunner K060806HD (roughly the 80 5/8 length I would need) which should arrive Saturday. I will post up picks once installed if all fits well.
Edit: Visiting Soho Motorsports on the 22nd just to test how far the single 485lph Walbro can do as well as see where I am at power wise in terms of my limited fuel supply.

Installed the FleetRunner HD belt after work. Got it to fit alot tighter then the last belt. The belt is definitely made well, as it does not yield and stretch much. Just pleased overall.

Started up the car this am, and discovered the car wanted to give me misfiring codes out of the blue, how nice! P0306 and P0300. Fuel Pressure is good at 49psi but running lean (1.26-1.36 Lambda), Oil Pressure was good but sounded like a Subaru idling. Will teardown after work and check plugs and coils. Plugs are new as I just gapped and replaced them 3 weeks ago. If that doesn't remedy the problem, I'm sure its an injector issue.
Wonderful how this happens 2 days before I visit Soho Motorsports...
Some good news though, Signed up to be a part of the Carolina Z Club, Got my member card in my email from Mike Foreman, the Club President. Pretty excited to go to see other Nissan Enthusiast in the area as Z owners are stretched far and thin around here apparently.

I thought OEM fuel pressure was closer to 52psi?? I would be worried about a 1.26 lambda ... that's like 18:1 afr.
do you have closed loop fuel control?

It might of been 50ish psi I took a quick glance at the FP gauge while it was running and it was at the normal pressure.
Yes I know, it was very lean. Car was only running for approx. 2 minutes before it was shut off. I did what I could to troubleshoot before cutting it.
Not sure on the Closed Loop control.
If it matters, I haven't reflashed the car in a good while so the tune didn't change.
I'm thinking its a bad coilpack on cylinder 6. If that's the case I have extras to swap out.
