Default eBay + real turbo

What happen if i bought a eBay turbo kit then got a real turbo and used the eBay turbo piping ?

You'd have a "real" turbo with ebay piping. . .

There have been a few cars done that way. They worked out, but the owners knew what they were doing and were not afraid if fab work

Didn't one guy end up using a pallet of some ducting RTV to seal the V-band clamps to prevent leaks? Not to mention paper thin exhaust piping.

C'mon, I used furnace cement!
Also, it's been replaced with graphite gaskets that work
