vortech whine

I have a Vortech V2 supercharger but it does not make a whining noise. Is the belt too loose?

Maybe it's satisfied and therefore stopped whining?

I only get 5.5 psi at WOT. I start building boost at 3k rpm ( 0 psi at 3k rpm). Doesnt seem right.

Do you have a Boost Log?
