Are you losing power in or out of boost? Since you are TT this adds a ton of extra possibilities of why you could be losing power.
My truck is the same way tho. Some days on warm up it literally peels my 34's with the slightest touch of The pedal. Then after warm up it acts normal.
But again since you have twins it could be boost leak, warn turbo, turbos, messed up tune, blow by, heat soak, I could list possible things for days.

a very inexpensive fee ($5/year), a grammar test/IQ test, a current pay-stub and a tax return ... the world would be a better place...
