ECU Wiring Harness Patch are here!!!

I've been waiting a long time for this to come out. And Richard finally got all the connectors in. There are a couple of people on this board that are sporting the prototypes. I believe Skidazzle is one of them. Anyways, Richard has made a couple of them and I jumped right on it. For those of you about to install one of the FI kits this will make the install allot easier.

I got your pm.....the harness looks nice, will this nullify all splice work into the stock SS that comes with the vortech.....???

aahhh...this product is like 6 months late for me. :( Great idea though, for those that havent cut up their harnesses yet to install the eManage, or anything else for that matter.

It is a quality product and beats standing on your head trying to figure out what wires you need to splice into. It was much easier doing it on a table being able to look at the wires and the instructions, you also don't have to worry about burning your interior with the soldering.

Also it will make it easier to add things later byt being able to pull it out and work on it.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!! :) Me really want considering gq_626 :p suckered me into pistons and rods and now I will have to bring out the emanage for tuning :D

All wires were white except for those that I needed which were different colors.

HK$FairladyZ 08-24-2004 09:22 PM

cool. so you just followed the pin outs?

350Now 08-24-2004 10:41 PM

ahhhh.. this is a great idea but i'm too late. 7 months in to the TT and my factory wires have been spliced. I wish I had this in late January of this year.

too late for many, but a must for future piggy back artists.

Pretty much, on some you have to assume that the wire is correctly located in the right pin, as you can imagine it gets tough when all of the wires reach the plug area, but we got it done with out a problem. And like I said it is so much better to be able to work on a table rather than on the car.

Well I still love it, it came in handy when we installed the J&S last month and just had to unhook the patch and laid it on the floor of the car to work on.
