Default Trailblazer SS or G35 Sedan

Well, as some of you know, im getting a new car soon. I was originally going to get an 04 G35 Sedan 6mt, but i was talking to a buddy today that can get me a used, loaded Chevy Trailblazer SS with 400hp for under 20 grand.

The G and the SS have the same mileage, and would be the same cost.

So which would you chose? Right now im leaning towords the SS because in the summer i like to take our boat out, and im very partial to the Trailblazers.. (im selling my 03 LTZ right now tog et one or the other)

But then the G is sex...

So i dunno, which do you like? The SS is obviously going to be faster, and a lot cheaper to be made faster, but then the G35 can take turns a lot faster.

I dunno, whats your input?

I dunno man, it's kinda hard to decide which one gives you less probability of killing yourself. The SS is big but can go pretty fast.

The G is fast too and can handle better. Decisions.

G Sedan anyday!

I'm sorry, but I'm not feeling the look on that Blazer. I'd def. go with a G, but if speed (and little more space) is what you prefer, go with the Blazer.

+1. They are still new, so i dont see them all over, like i do with the G. I still love the look of both of them, but the SS is a badass truck. Makes me think of this symbol actually, .

Plus, how many turns are you going to be taking that the SS will fall behind that far of a G. Unless its the new G35 sedan, do not waste your time.

Whats the deal with the OPs sig line. Seems he already has a g35. Why the question? I would go with the G35, however, you said you have a boat, I think the g35 would be a bad choice to pull a boat. lol-

^I found a car and was going to get it but now have second thoughts

Thanks everyone. Im gonna keep these ideas in my head until i can get the current truck sold. i will probably end up with a G35. I still really love that car.

My dad wants to trade off my moms 2000 Silverado on a new GMC Sierra Denali, so if i ahve to, i will just use that to take the boat out haha.

The SS / SRT8s are pretty cool. I had both by the time I was 19- Don't let them hate. Spend your money how you want- Me- its my cars.

The SS aint bad at all- and the AWD will spank Gs and Zs-- put it on the bottle you got a 12 second car.

If you can find a good deal on an SS go for it- but the jeep srt8's are definitely better- I'm not sure what the price difference is tho, i didn't look at the SS

There aint no way in hell im gonna find an SRT8 for under 20k. And the only way i'd get an SS over a G is because its so much more useful. Our boat weights like 4500lbs. A SRT8s max towing capacity is 3000lbs. And it doesnt even come with a hitch. So i dont like that thing. For a lot less money SS is going to be faster.

And yes, an SS has an LS2. Same engine that was in the 05-07 Corvette, GTO, and CTS-V.
