Default Would my car be a candidate for Lemon Law buyback?

A brief summary - Vehicle in question is an 07 6mt coupe, all options besides RAS, currently 52k miles. Leased the car March 28th of 2007, eventually i bought it out (dumb)

...and yes, i drive 50,000 miles per year, that wasn't a mistake

15k brought to the dealer with complaints of oil consumption and began test but
never followed up, just kept adding oil. Also had drivers window repaired do to window track issue.

At least 2 more times within a year returned for window problem with the same window. Oil consumption was increasing during this time period.

Complaints were made of a clicking in the suspension that was never diagnosed at least 2 or 3 times

March-2008 car was stolen and recovered the same day missing the wheels and minor body damage. Between investigation and repairs it was out of commision about 3 months

June 2008- Car goes back to the dealer to replace door panel that teir tinter had burned. it was promised to me before the car was stolen. Window had also gotten stuck and ripped the seal out of the track for at least the 3rd or 4th time so far

June 2008- Car goes back AGAIN cause of same window issue a week later

August 2008, begin OC test as it was up to about 1 quart every 600 miles.

August 2008- Next week car fails test - 1100 miles down 2 quarts

August 2008- Longblock replacement @ 51k miles, replace window seal AGAIN!!!

so far 850 miles on new engine, burning at a rate of approximately 1qt/500miles

in addition diff is whining, especially when car is first driven in the AM (ambient temp about 80 degrees)

intermittent second gear grind when shifting fast

power sterring groans since engine replaced

when i installed engine damper, notice alot of PS fluid so i think there is a leak. i had to add fluid once a few months back

occasionally the cd changer stops reading cd's and just flips through the entire group, not reading any of them

occasionally the trunk will not open

I have infinti extended warranty, but seriously i can't have a car that lives half it's life at the shop. it has already been there for at least 3 weeks out of the past couple months.

trying to figure out what to do in this situation or if i should speak to a lawyer. thanks!
Any advice will be appreciated, thanks!

Well if your replacement engine is eating oil then they will buy it back.

The 07 coupe doesn't have the HR, it still has the Revup

i could live with a quart every 3,000 or something. But the fact that i have to add just as much oil during a service interval then the put in in the first place is crazy. if i didn't add oil by even 2000 miles or so the motor would seize, to me thats just unacceptable. smh

Don’t know. Lemon laws are different in every state. Google “Lemon law attorney New York.”

Crazy. Call a lemon law lawyer and ask him. The lemon law varies by state like davidv stated.
