If it's the one about the g35 driver that hit a tree in New York state he was not drunk, he had gone into diabetic shock. He is a close personal friend of mine and would be the last person to ever drink drunk.

Besides the fact that in the newspaper article and this video, there is no BAC number given, so it's all heresay and guessing. You have similar physical symptons when you go into diabetic shock as you do when you are intoxicated.
