Don't quote me on it but I think it's like 80-100 inch pounds east to find on the FSM.

That's what happened last time I used a torque wrench on the intake manifold bolts !

Did you use ft lbs instead of in lbs and can your torque wrench accurately go low enough?

The wrench was set to 110 in.lb as mentioned in the FSM

There is no way 110 in/lbs is gonna do that to those bolts unless they are stretched to begin with. I wrench for a living and never have seen that lol.

I double checked the torque settings when the first bolt snapped and it was spot on, Tried the second one & the same thing happened, Then I said f... it and proceeded to tighten the rest and they snapped also.

When I checked the one bolt that didn't snap, It was clear that the bolt has a weak/thin point that for sure would snap if I attempt to use the same bolt again.

Wow, maybe someone over torqued them prior causing them to stretch?
