My kinetix resonated Tp's cracked :[
 

While i was slapping on my exhaust, i noticed that there was a nice size hole/crack on my driver side test pipe. I bought these used off here from a member in perfect condition and have put about 9k on them since. I had them temporarily welded for now but, Im thinking to either buy resonated TP's again, or just buy some HF cats later on.


I took these pics with my iphone so theyre not the greatest, but you can still see the crack/hole.

so you didnt know it was cracked until went under to put on your exhaust?

Common problem with ALL kinetix products...

I know that point was a common problem with the original Kinetix test pipe. They may have had 70,000 miles when you bought them.

Nope. I looked at them like a month or so before to see if they were cracked because i noticed my car was a little bit louder but they were still good. Maybe i just didnt noticed something.

your test pipes are so dirty.

Geeze, you keep your test pipes super clean too? Do you polish them weekly or something?
