XO2 Exhaust w/HFC's and Custom X PIpe*Vid Inside*

wassup guys,

i started off with a xo2 exhaust with stillen HFC's and man was it loud(too loud). And i would also get this annoying ringing sound when you would punch the gas.

so i took another members advice(WTX350) and decided to put the Magnaflow resonated X pipe in place of were the resonators went.

b4 x pipe:NO VQ SOUND WHAT SO EVER!
After x pipe:THE VQ IS BACK!

Please feel free to let me know what you REALLY think!

Here it is:
EDIT:
NEW BETTER CAMERA

I think sounds almost how mine sounded before I put my test pipes on just more aggressive. Its sounds pretty good.

Sergio8A Mar 11, 2009 07:06 PM

^^ kinda....but my camera sucks a$$!!

if i had a better one i would be able to pick up the loud and deep VQ sound!

beetlejuice Mar 11, 2009 09:36 PM

Did the X pipe make the exhaust quieter?

Hard to tell with vids.

Sergio8A Mar 11, 2009 10:14 PM

^^ yes it did...a lot quieter in the cabin and a little outside!!

I Used to get the little "snap crackle and pop" when i would let off the pedal or rev it,now its barely noticeable but it still screams at WOT...

singh Mar 12, 2009 07:35 AM

wow it actually does sound better.. well done!

XO2 uses thinner Piping as Hks.so when you have more air coming in at a higher speed with no restrictions ur gonna get that sound.

It usually comes from the h pipe up front.

when i cut it off it wasnt really an h pipe.it just has a little hole drilled threw it:dunno:

it kinda sounds like this evo2 just w/ more bass.

+:he has a better camera than me.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I was wondering if there were any probleme installing the Magnaflow X-pipe.

By the looks of it, it seems like the 2 inlets are spaced further apart than the X02 Y-pipe. Did any adjustments have to be made to the y-pipe?
