Default Used header Question

I found some USED headers on craigs from a z that was only tracked. They are DC headers and the guy has them posted for $250. Does this sound like a good deal? or should i not consider used headers at all??

thanks
Mike

Used headers are high risk. Invisible stress cracks. Mounting surface is warped.

The problem is not price. It is installation headache. No one wants to install headers twice to save $250. Well at least I do not.

Aftermarket headers are expensive as hell, but not a waste if you have the money and really want that extra power and top end.

i am looking for a difference in my exhuast note- also the extra power would be nice.

And for me- Headers is my next move since i have already done every bang for your buck mod except for throttle body and manifold.

Also i did not ask " Hey guys are headers a GREAT MOD??" i have read the forums and searched header threads and i know a lot of forum members don't like them.
I just wanted to know if it seemed like a good deal and what are some possible issues i might face which DavidV answered for me.

Thanks
