Stillen Headers!!!
STILLEN is releasing Stainless Steel Equal Length Headers next week (week of December 29th). They are all STAINLESS STEEL construction including the flanges. Horsepower gains are 11.5 @ 6200rpm and Torque pumps the vehicle up another 18.5lb.-ft. @ 3800rpm. For those with G35s, these units fit both the Coupe & Sedan models. The STILLEN Headers maintain 3/4-inch of clearance from the steering column, which alleviates any fitment issues previously reported with other brands of headers.
The Ceramic Coated Headers will be out in 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. Stainless Steel Headers will sell for $998 Ceramic Coated Headers will sell for $811 We will supply images and more information in the following days. Should anyone have questions, STILLEN will be open on December 26th and the remainder of the month. We will, however, be closed on January 1st, 2004. Please have a safe and happy holidays and please drive safely. Stay 'Tuned'. |
Good to see more competitiors coming out with stuff. A little elf told me that DC Sports has finished their header and will be releasing it soon too.

I'm assuming dyno runs will be printed eh? 18.5 ft/lbs @ 3800 RPM is a real juicy number! Should make a street driven 350Z even more fun. ~300 hp on a single emission-legal bolt-on while maintaining stock appearance/sound is exactly what I'm looking for. |
Whoa! And I was just about ready to buy the Nismos. And now here comes Stillen with their entry into the 350z header market. Hmm, may have to hold out a little longer to see how good these are.
|
WOW!! Can hardly wait to see them and the dyno graphs!!! Great pricing as well!!! Glad I'm a Stillen distributor....:D
|
Jeff -- as soon as you start carrying the Stillen headers, I may be one of the first people to order it. Unless of course I can't wait the week or so before their release. Then I may go ahead with the Nismos.
|
I want to see the dynos and actual numbers, but if everything checks out and the price is right, I am definately interested in picking these up.
|
Well, if they put those numbers, that pretty much blows everyone else away at that performance/price.

Well, don't hold your breadth for dyno charts, they never seem to release them just the max increase numbers, I never saw charts on their exhaust.

Originally posted by booger I just ordered headers from BRM USA ..stainless..mig welded...for $800.00..they have zinc coated steel for $600.00..about $50.00 for shipping....Talking to Greg Childs [works or is a distributor for them ] and he told me only [2] companies make headers and exhaust for the 350z and g35 .All companies get there headers and exhaust from these [2] places and just run up the price to make $ to be the middle man. The BRM headers are the same as NISMO but are tig welded...so should be of better quality. Im sure Greg wouldnt mined me giving out his # 602-828-8908 call to order. I order mine on dec. 23 and he said they would ship them out on monday |
Finally, they've been listed TBA on your website since the beginning of the year. :)

I saw a STILLEN add in a magazine i was reading the other day. I have had the magazine for a while.. noticed 350Z HEADERS..
they look like long tube / XERD headers.. looks like they loose the cats... but.. i cant confirm this.. its just what the picture looked like.. when I get my digi cam out of the car ill take a picture of it... |
I heard these are full length, and any cats are out of the picture. For us Californians smogging in three years will be a b!tch.
|
Stillen wouldn't make a "race" part like that I don't think. It doesn't appeal to a large part of the market and Stillen is no niche company.
