Hey guys, I need some help with a vibration that is coming from the exhaust on my 07 HR. I have searched the threads and pretty much explored every option that I can find. Hopefully someone can help, I am pretty much at the end of my rope.

Issue is a buzzing/vibration/metal clanging sound when accelerating

Current exhaust setup:
Factory cats > custom 2.5" dual pipes > 2/1 y muffler > 3" single pipe > muffler

Things I have tried:
New muffler
Swapped between high flow cats/factory cats (rattles either way).
Replaced Y-pipe and resonator pipe with new pipes and 2 into 1 muffler at the y.
Removed and/or checked every heat shield or anything else that might be vibrating/buzzing
Checked all clearances underneath, it's not hitting anywhere
Beat on everything with a rubber hammer looking for something loose
Added extra resonator between y and muffler


Notes: Sounds great at idle and when revving it up, only seems to occur when accelerating under load, doesnt seem to matter if you are taking off slow or going hard.
