Default Will the JWT. Popcharger fit on AEM Pipe?

My new (to me) 2003 350z came with an AEM short ram, im sure it's fine and probably makes as much power as the JWT, but the lack of heat shielding makes me nervous. I'v heard good things about the popcharger and was wondering just what the title states, do you think the popcharger would fit onto the AEM intake pipe? Do you think the JWT would even make much of a difference or should I just save my money and leave the AEM?
