Default 2 Questions on JWT PopCharger Installation?

As a new owner of a '04 SB Z (just 3 weeks old, around 700 miles), my first mod was the purchase of a JWT Pop Charger. Before I have it installed, just 2 quick questions. If these seem like dumb questions, excuse me for now, as I said I am a newbie and hope to be a helpful part of this forum in the future. I was wondering if it is 1) not good to install this during the 1200 mile break-in period (should I wait until I pass 1200 miles or does it have no effect?) and 2) will this affect my warranty in any way? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

I PERSONALLY would wait till after break in. During break in you cant really get on it so theres really no point but i wont hurt if you did. No it will not affect your warranty in anyways unless they can prove the jwt did it! a filter should not void your warranty. i know how u feel trust me

makes no difference if you add it before or after break in period as long as you keep your revs under 4k.
If you have any problems that you need to have the dealership service, you can switch back to the stock filter if the dealership is really **** about mods.

Just purchased my JWT Pop Charger for my 03 Z. Put it in at 10,000 miles. I would wait till after your z is broken in at 1200, because you really will want to use it after you install it. it makes a hella lot of difference. No it does not affect the warranty...I actually bought mine through Nissan...and it is smog legal here in california. have fun with it...I am!

Thumbs up Awesome Sound

Put mine on at 12,000 along with Borla TD catback. The JWT drowns out the exhaust especially at high rpms. Gives your Z that little additional sound that it needs.
