Terrible packaging on the bumper

We admit the wrong part was sent but per all the information that we place on the website, receipts and bill of lading, customer waived signature and did not inspect the bumper for damage fully accepting the item.
In the end , it all worked out and customer received what we wanted. Item was drop shipped via VIS Racing as stated.
