Strange...need help.
I'm gonna head to Nissan as it is, but I wanted to see if anyone had insight on what happened. I have an '05 with 10,000 just turned on the clock. Yesterday I jump in, crank her up, let her idle as I eat my powerbar and I notice the check engine light stays on. No biggie I think, I pull out and I cant get more than 3K RPM out of 1st gear, the pedal is non-responsive, it doesnt react even if I floor it. I stop shut it down and restart and it works fine, maybe a little sensitive actually to throttle input, but the Check engine light (Service Engine Soon) light remains. Anyone else have this before? How can this happen to a new car?

you some how went into "safe mode" Take it to the dealer and see what the code says. I am assuming it is still under warranty because you said it was a new car. But if not take it a autozone or equivalent to get you codes read for free. Let us now what the code was.

Computer glitch and it went to limp mode. If it ran fine upon restart, I'd just reset the ECU (do a search for the procedure) to clear the CEL and drive normally. If it happens again, have it checked out.

Can anyone can tell me if the cobb tuning would be good for my 2003 350z!?

You revived a dead six-year-old thread to ask a completely unrelated question???
