Door hinge on 07's
 

I don't remember looking at my door hinges when I had my 04 because I never had a problem but now on this car its really weak. The hinge is secured by one 10mm bolt? It sounds like the bolt is going to pop out when I open the door. I am very careful to opening and closing the doors. I tried to tighten the bolt but it spins on its self. Has any had the same problem with the hinges? I'm going to bring it in but just wondering if its just me:confused:

You are not talking about the hinge. You are talking about the little plastic " slider" that keeps the door from swinging in or out at 2 points. It is not load-bearing part and you shouldn’t worry about it. Also it is exactly the same design as the rest of the z cars.

Yes. And I have posted photos of the bolt. Coincidence, but I tightened the bolt yesterday. It is only 10 mm.
