as for this thread, it is crazy how we got 11 pages of people trying to figure out why we got scratches on the interior of the car. here is a hint, the interior is made of plastic. more plastic increases the likelyhood of scratches developing. you can be careful all you want but it will still happen; that is wear and tear. for someone to say they "have no scratches at all" is totally unbelievable. i got a few inthe more obvious places; the door button, some of the edges on center console, etc. someone posted a good how-to to fix or conceal this using a opaque black paint. works pretty good.

Im going to call Nissan North America about this. I've had this problem for a while and am adamant that it is not a normal wear and tear issue, but my dealer wouldn't replace the parts. I will keep you all posted.

Lol, this thread is well over a year old. If all of the people who posted on this thread, claiming they were going to call NNA and local dealerships actually called, and still nothing has been done, you're just wasting your time.

mine are now chipping on the switch covers, also my switch on the cubby compartment is doing the same. I dont know if i wanna do carbon just because i dont want any other carbon on the interior so it may look out of place.

did you clear coat it or anything? I was thinking about doing that as well. Just like a flat black with a clear coat over it would resemble stock and the clear would protect it pretty good.

Not everybody around here is all talk and afraid to get their hands dirty. I called NNA, went back to the dealer, and just got my call today, they are replacing:
- Both door pull pieces
- Center Console Storage Button
- Steering Wheel (finish defective on that fake aluminum)
- Shift **** (finish peeling on top)
anybody know if you can just buy the button to the storage cubby? i need one as well.
