changed ECU, BCM and fuse box...won't crank
 

i recently bought a flood salvage 04. i changed the ECU, BCM and the fuse box. the electrian says everything is registered on his equipment well. before i changed everything the car would crank over but not start.
now i have changed over everything it won't even crank


any ideas on what he can do? he's clueless and is suppose to be the best in the island

With it being salvage from a flood there are so many different issues it could be that I really don't think you're going to be able to nail it down without tearing the car apart. Good luck though.
