driver's window, 2 different control modules?
 

A problem just started happening and I searched for an answer, but it doesn't seem like the usual bad motor issue that I kept reading about.

The driver's window rolls up and down fine. Seems strong. But you know how the window drops and raises a 1/4 inch when the door is opened/closed? Well, this function works fine (down and up) when the engine is running, but the window only drops when the key is not in the ignition, it doesn't raise back up. Consequently, when I get out of my car and close the door, the window is not fully up. Are there 2 different control modules for this auto up feature?

It hasn't caused any problems as far as rain getting in the car, but it's just annoying me that the car is not functioning properly.
