A/C has a mind of it's own. . .
 

anyone have an A/C problem where it decides to turn itself off and on while driving when knob is in the "off" position. . .i could be riding on a smooth road with no bumps and the fan and a/c button comes on. . .electrical problem with the switch i'm sure but is anyone else experiencing this. . .

i experience an occasional draft through the vents. It is mild and i always assumed it to be pressure from the outside air leaking in when A/C in the outside to inside movement. Maybe turn AC on and make sure it is cycling in to in only and see if problem happens again?

OP mine does this also? i have to manually turn it on then off, it may do it several times or just once? of course it will never duplicate itself so nissan wont fix it.

i've tried the on and off thing with the knob also, doesn't work, i usually have to turn the car off and then on, then it will reset itself. . .i know what you are talking about the mild draft cause i feel it as well thinking the same thing, but when the a/c turns itself on it turns on at full fan speed. . .

yes mine does this..suddenly turns to full blast A/C when its on off...i have to turn it to auto or lowest fan and it turns off...its liek the dial got screwed up and is not reading the position right

most of the time i can just push in on the dial turn to auto and slowly back to off and it goes away :)
