Window adjuster when opening/closing driver's side door
 

I did a search and didn't find the specific thread I'm looking for. If this has been discussed, please direct me to the proper thread. Forgive me mods, do not bash me if I'm asking a recurring question :)


Yesterday something funny started happening after I installed my zenclosure door spacers for my infinity kappa speakers. I noticed that I don't normally get the half inch or so of clearance that the door normally does when you open/close the door. My passenger side is completely fine, it gives me that half inch or so when i open/close it. However, my driver side window only gives me a few centimeters at most. It does open/close effectively but I'm worried this will damage the motor. As far as the actual motor itself, the damn thing works like a charm. The weird thing is that when I open the driver door and see it drop for me JUST A TEENY BIT, I can actually push down the window where it normally would be, close it, and it will roll back up and look exactly like it should.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Have a healthy motor but weird adjusting issue.... hmmm. Right after I installed the spacers too.

I have my entire door dynamated as well, this might pose a problem if I want to reset the motor control, huh?
