Clutch won't engage
 
well my title basically explains it. i can put it in gear and try to go but nothing happens. it just revs. when i put it in gear and it let off the clutch the car stays running .. anyone know what the problem might be

2nd that, if it was the slave, or master cylinder the clutch wouldn't disengage, an intenal trans issue would be extremely noisy and hard to shift in most cases. Def sounds like a toasted clutch

The people who crawl under cars to steal catalytic converters discovered there was also a market for valuable carbon fiber drive shafts and stole yours.

Diagnosing and fixing cars sight unseen over the net is really hard. You need to give more background info. Obviously a fried clutch could act like this, but it would be showing lots of symptoms beforehand.

I’m getting a grinding noise, very hard to shift, stiff clutch and I can not get into gear. Is my trans fried ?
