What oil to use?

What weight oil is best when running the greddy turbo kit on a 05 350z?

Be more specific on how the car is run, how many miles etc etc.

20k original miles, stock internals, only driven during the summer, run pretty hard at times, oil changed every 2K which is about once a year.

I have been running 0w40 mobil 1 for over seven years with very good oil reports.

I have been running 0-40 Amzoil for a while until I had switched to 0-40 Royal Purple. Shortly after the switch I started burning a lot of oil so I wasn't sure.

I use Mobil 1 0W 40 on my 300ZX TT.

Mobil 1 5w-30 in all 6 of my cars for years. 1 car is turbo and another is supercharged and the rest either slightly modified or daily driver. Keeps it easy and simple and Walmart sells the 5qt jug for $24.
