I have been scouring the FSM and cannot find the self diagnose procedure. All I find is the SES light procedure, which I am assuming is not the correct one. Any links to the procedure and the faults?

NM FOUND IT!

2005 350z
- High side (98 psi) (calls for w/ amb temp 152-194psi) idle
-low side (45psi) (calls for w/ amb temp 29-42psi) idle
-Pressures do not change with engine RPM
-BLOWS hot air
Compressor clutch works, in cabin blowing motor turns on, AC control switches work, all AC fuses and relays work.
-No leaks are found using UV light
-Compressor does not feel warm to the touch indicating mechanical binding of some sort.
-condenser is clean and free of debre
-System became hotter and hotter over the course of a week, till it finally blows only hot air.

Any ideas? I am literally about to change it all.

I don't usually advocate "throw parts at it" but, it sounds like it might be temperature switch/sensor. Possibly ambient temp switch (up front, down low in front of radiator.) No guarantees but a faulty ATS can cause problems such as yours. Not too expensive a part to replace.

Based on your description that it's stuck on blowing hot air only, it's either what Mic said or it's a stuck blend air door or bad blend air actuator. It could also be a faulty temperature dial (I believe you can test the resistance on the dial with an multimeter.) Hopefully, it's not a failed A/C amp.

Honestly, since the failure has been incremental, I'm placing my bets on the blend air door or actuator, because I've seen that happen a few times before.

Yeah I did. Turns out my compressor was shot. So i replaced that, the AC condenser and dryer.

I made a video of the repair on my channel.
