High mileage issues...looking at a Z with 140K...
My old 2007 had 87K+ when I got rid of her, but she never had an issue, other than the clutch/slave.
I am looking at a high mileage HR, 2007 with 140K non her. She is cheap, but still pretty, so I may buy her. I was curious if there were any high mileage issues, like oil leaks...etc. This car is a Daytona Blue base with rear spoiler, splash guards and 6 speed, completely stock.

Under 10K. Cash deal, not much risk really. Looks very clean, I'll know when I see it in a little while. The HR is a good motor, thinking probably good for well over 200K+, have owned plenty of high mileage VQ's. It would be a weekend/ 3rd car.

Yes. My current DD has 143K+ on her. No issues over 100K of driving, other than a flapper valve and a sticky FI, both covered under warranty at much lower miles. I suspect the stuck fuel injector was from cheap gas. I put over 100K on her in 3 years! I figured the HR would be at least as reliable at these miles, if it was taken care of, and that's what I was going to be looking at. My GTI still rides and drive's like she did when I got her. I was checking to see if there were any high mileage issues, like gasket leaks, etc, from other high mileage examples. I expect that the struts, half axles and other wear items would have to be replaced, if they haven't already been.

I love how over 100000milles people think you should just drive It off a cliff... I bought mine with 90k and now has 130k after two years of owning it....nothing has failed knock on cement...
KBB it and talk down as possible but I wouldn't be scared...I hope they have replaced the clutch by then

I have 118K on my 08 HR and just got a tuneup done, had to replace the gaskets for the spark plugs and outer gasket.Other than that, shop states she is solid.Only maintenance I have done is syn oil changes, plugs, tranny and diff drain and refills every 50K, rotors and brakes (upgrade),coolant flush and refill and the slave/master/clutch.

I assume the OP bought it. I'm running an 04 with 112k miles, only thing that has failed is cam position sensor, $45. Still have original clutch although its getting close to needing replaced.
