Chassis seems disconnected from body and very nervous

Over the last month my car has been very nervous while driving. It feels as if the chassis is disconnected from the body and is just dancing all over the road. It started about a month after I put on my new wheels/tires and replaced both front hubs. Wheels are 18x9.75 +20 and tires are 265/35 all the way around. Suspension is completely stock and has 92k on it. And it doesn't feel like tramlining like wide front tires would normally do. It's sometimes twitchy from the front and sometimes from the back. It's very hard to describe but nervous is about the best I can use. The bushings in the rear diff are shot and I'm trying to save up the money to fix those but would that really cause all of the movement I'm feeling?

when was the last time you had an alignment, and have you checked all your bushings?

Alignment was done about 5 months ago. I haven't crawled under it and checked all of the bushings yet. It's coming up for an oil change so I'll check them then.
