Hey gang,

Anyone know what's needed to fix the door to the fuel tank? I press the button beneath the dash but now it's only making a sound but the door itself doesn't pop up to clear the latch anymore...I have to use a fingernail basically to gently lift the door. Just started happening a couple of weeks ago but today it was harder to gas up since normally the door would pop up after a couple of extra tries...not today.

How does one fix this? DIYable..? I'm not a mechanic but I get through most things with the right instruction and two or three tries. (ok twenty three tries...but I get it done)

The solenoid opener on mine went out too. You access it by removing trunk trim/carpet. They are $185 new iirc, I found one on here in a partout. Gl
