Default bad idle

Hello folks,

2 weeks ago the car was running perfectly i filled up my gas tank and right after that the engine light started to blink and the engine was running bad like just on 5 cylinders.Take the code.... p0300.
I then replaced all the spark plugs and the coil pacs with no real success.
After using the car for let say 80 miles with no reason the engine start to run perfectly well.
Today i return to another gas station and filled up the tanks and once again immediatly the engine seams to work like in only 5 cylinders and not 6 and the engine light start to blink once again. Any idea?

The misfire may or may not be related to fueling up. I avoid off brand fuel and run 93. When was the last time you added Techron or Berryman B12 cleaner?
You did ck the plug gaps before install...
You only disconnected 1 coilpack at a time, right? Easy to reconnect to wrong harness.
New paper or serviced air filter, yes?
