Misfiring cause of high compression?

Hello all, I have a fully built 11:1 compression piston Vq35de with full bolt ons, and NO TUNE yet. I have the following codes
P0113 -IAT code
P0037 - 02 code
P0057 - o2 Code
P1111 -VTC solenoid bank 1, ( I cleaned this out but I will have to check if the code goes away.)
and P0328 - probably triggered by the misfiring.

My question is, I feel that none of these codes can really trigger a misfire like the one I have. On my way back home driving it on the FREEWAY, going over 70mph, the misfire would go away completely, which makes me think its the fact I am untuned and running the high compression.
" One of the main reasons for an engine misfire can be attributed to an imbalance in the air to fuel ratio within the internal combustion chamber. Otherwise, you will notice the engine misfire while you remain idle. But when you’re driving at faster speeds, the symptoms of the misfire will go away. "
Do you guys think a tune (which I know i should get lol, Im not driving the car anymore) will fix it? Or do some of these codes ACTUALLY cause a misfire condition? Thank you and please dont roast me

Get it tuned and be done with it. No point in diagnosing further until then.
