1. 2004 Tech Service Bulletins Open for Dealer repair? 2. Sending unit issue.
Complete List of 2004 Nissan 350z TSBs.
Are there any Technical Service Bulletins that are still open where you can take the car to the dealer to have the work performed? How long do you have after they are issued to take the car in for repair?
Also, I searched for 20 minutes but could not find the DIY thread someone posted for cleaning your fuel sending unit when your fuel gauge won't budge from Empty when you have a full tank. It was a procedure performed from inside the vehicle in the storage area. Anyone know what I am talking about? Thanks!

Hey there, did you ever figure out the issue with the sending unit? I've only heard of owners swapping in new fuel pumps instead of servicing the stock one. Regarding the TSB's, it looks like you're covered as long as your car's under warranty. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Techni...rvice_Bulletin
tbh I didn't realize the distinction between a recall and a TSB til I read that article
