Noise from engine area with A/C on; Who's done this TSB?

I saw this TSB available for our car but I always thought that the buzz or humming sound coming from the A/C was normal. Who has gotten this TSB done and what are you thoughts/experience? Are the sounds from the A/C minimized?

I also hear a humming/buzzing sound which I think is normal. I think the TSB said if you experience a growl then the TSB applies... someone correct me if wrong

I've had this tsb done and there is virtually no difference in the end. Not really worth loosing your car for a day. Just my .02
