That Fram is a **** filter, but I didn't know it could cause a 20 psi overboost.

Guys Guys lol, it was just the time for this car to go. Mike got a ridicoulous amount of miles with this motor, def more then me. Now hes gonna get even more serious. Sorry to hear the news, when you called me you stumped me big time buddy, oh well lol now I have to worry b/c were gonna be on the same playing field haha.

:eek: Looks like 2 rods when crazy. I was surprised, one day I priced upper pans---Like a $120.00. Guess its time for a complete going through and shoot for MORE HP !!!!!!!!
Maybe Im demented, But I get excited when I blow a motor ( Havent blown the Z yet ) As soon as I survey the damage, I start thinking of the future.
Opening up a blown motor is like reading a book, every page adds to the story and leads to the Climax.
Time for a new Chapter !!!

Sorry to hear this. I didn't think that turbo could put out that much.

Am I missing something ??? What the hell does the oil filter have to do with a boost spike ???
And that top line Fram is just fine as far as Im concerned.
