going 125 mph, ran down then up a ditch, flipping over 5 times and finally sliding upside down about 30 yards till it came to a stop!!!

I'm assuming this wan't on a closed course here but...
Driving 125mph on public road is a stupid thing to do. Driving 125 with a passenger is a horrible thing to do. Committing 2nd degree murder because you were driving 125 on a public road is not forgivable.

he was racing a celica until the celica cut him off too close that made my friend panic and swurve into the ditch first

I feel sorry for the passenger, not for the driver.

psss i wanted them at first but come to find out the left side wheels flew off, look, one of the wheels is on the sunroof!!!

Why would you want the brakes off a car that your friend drove into a fatal accident? The other guy was obviously kidding, but you actually investigated this.
Thats like saying "sure I'll take the grusome murder house"
or "Dayum,that's a nice knife in that corpse over there, I'd like to add that to my collection."
