Ok I spotted this "thing" on the PA turnpike outside of Philly. Apparently the guy had a civic hatch and wasn't satisfied....

Hmm I think I want a pickup truck.....No maybe a BMW....Or maybe a rally car, yeah that would be uuuuber-sweet. I don't know if i could afford all of them and I do really like my civic.........

And this is the abortion that results from such ricer thinking: (sorry for bad pics, I was in a work truck and was out of washer fluid :icon43: )

Are you sure that's a civic? If it is it's either a customer color. Hard to tell from your pics. The rear looks kinda like one but the front don't. Maybe it's just jacked up beyond recognition

99% sure its a civic hatch in that purple/blue color. The reason it doesn't look like one from the front is that he put one of those BMW looking body kits on the front

and the fact that he made it into a pick-up lol.

I really wish I could have gotten better pictures so you could see how truly hideous and cheap looking it was in person. I swear to god all he had supporting the sides his "truck" bed was sections of plywood. LMAO

AND he put a bigger light rack on it than I had on my jeep wrangler.

Actually to me that color doesn't look like the blue, purple, or Si electric blue that honda made. I think he may have custom painted it that M3 blue..forgot the name of it..

The front end looks very Suzuki-esque to me. Didn't Suzuki make something similar to that a few years back?

why is that a ricer? i dont get it... so what.. it's not what it used to be.. i dont see huge wings, poser speed attitudes, nor ridiculous looking stickers.. someone changed it, big deal?

Pretty sure that isn't a Honda.

Front grill looks like a Suzuki.

Pictures don't do justice to the sheer amount of plastic on this thing. You could hide a pack of Beagles in some of the vents it had.

back to the subject, it sure looks like a civic to me. It looks like a 98-99 rear and front just with a different grill.

Now that, is rice.

I don't know of any suzuki hatches that look like that. Look at the tails....

It was definitely an aftermarket bodykit on the front....I really I could've got better pics so you could see it better
