Might be one the few around with an authentic kit these days. I see alot of knock-offs of the Ings+1 N-Spec. Kinda miss my authentic hybrid. Man that thing could take a beating.
Hood is sick, just never really liked that combo of Ings+1 N-Spec front and Greddy sides. To me the lines don't match up well and just because the Greddy sides have those vents, doesn't mean they match the one on the front bumper.

That's surprising considering the California Vehicle Code doesn't specify exactly what is considered front; only that the plate must not be mounted higher than 60 inches from the ground.
Do you have any other sources other than a cop writing you a ticket (??) claiming improperly mounting a forward facing front license plate?

If you search you will see it is clearly for the front and rear bumpers ask any cop or state trooper(not more than 60 inches is clearly for huge trucks etc). FWIW, if you get in an accident and that thing detaches to hurt your passenger or your head off....
Just tryna help others, you would cause more attracted attention to yourself by mounting it on your windsheild. Please, if you have the money to blow just keep your plate in your windsheild and dare a cop or state trooper to ticket you ...

I'm only questioning the interpretation of the VC. I provided evidence from the VC that clearly does not define a specific location for front plate mounting. The 60 inch rule may be for large vehicles, but it does not indicate that the plate is to be mounted on the bumper (ie, there is room for interpretation).
As for injury...I only questioned the location of the plate, not how the vehicle owner intends to secure the plate.
Otherwise, thanks for your response on this subject and additional information as me and others did have questions.
