eccs control unit fuse keeps blowing
I need some help please. I own a 04 350z 150k miles on it. I was on the highway and car shut off. I towed it home. Fuse # 35 (15a) (ign and eccs unit) was blown. If I change fuse it keeps blowing it. However, if I put a 25a fuse it doesn't blow and car starts right up. After running for a minute, one of the ignition coils starts to smoke and it does run a little rough. can the computer be the problem ? I would appreciate any help...
thanks..

Definitely an issue there and would agree with trying to change the coil first. One thing to keep in mind though..... never put a higher amp fuse in a circuit, extremely high risk of shorting out the harness and possibly starting a fire.
