Northern Cali. Mt. Diablo Run 8-10-03
Here are some pictures from the Mt. Diablo run.
We started out at Fuddruckers for lunch...
Then we headed out to Mt. Diablo. Here is the first vista point.
This is what you see over the cliff.
Then we headed up to the highest point we can go.
This was the view from about the highest point.
And...
Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing day. Turnout was pretty good with about 15 Z33, 1 Z32, and a Saleen. I enjoyed meeting new faces as well the others i have met before. I would like to thank Dave for setting up the run as well as to those who helped. Also, sorry i forgot the name of the guy who led us to Mt. Diablo, much thanks for guiding us.
Oh yeah, kinda unfortunate we didnt get to formally say goodbye to each other as some of us went in different directions going back down. But some of us met at the blackhawk plaza/museum. Anyways, it was a fun day and I hope to do it again sometime!

You're always the man with pics...Thanks for posting these.
I had a blast today...and as usual, it was good hanging with all of you. When's the next one?
BTW, for those of you that are interested in some track days before the December event with ClubZ, check out the following URL. These guys have a track event every month.
http://www.ncracing.org
Thunderhill in September and November.
Buttonwillow for 2 days in October.
Laguna Seca and Sears Point in December.
I'm gonna definately go to Laguna Seca and will either make Buttonwillow or the September Thunderhill...and the ClubZ day in December of course.
Let me know if anyone wants to join me.

Awesome Pictures!! Thank you so much for posting those.
It was really great to meet all of the 350zers. I had never been to a Fuddruckers either, the food was good and it was really nice to sit at the table and talk Zs. I find that not only do i love the Z creed, i enjoy meeting the people and finding out how they end up in one of the most exciting sports cars ever. Long live the Z!
I am ready to cruise any time !!!!
Rob and Donna (keepers of the Z)
P.S. If scotts300 gets a Z33 i am getting a Z-32

Had a blast guys (and girls). Thanks to Dave for setting this up and thanks to everyone for coming out, especially those from Sonoma and Sac.
It was great to see and meet all the new faces. Hopefully we can have another turnout like this in future events. Here are some more pics.
BTW Selski- thanks for the tip on the photobucket.

Awesome shots, Chad and Jason. We have artists in our midst's. Props to John for the event. I posted a small thread on the NorCal forum.
Soon as I scrape the bugs off the clear bra, I'm ready for the next run.

You need to surround the link of the pic with vB code (here's an example):
{img}http://www.photobucket.com/albums/08...3/8c66caa3.jpg{/img}
Just use [] instead of {} around the img
Go here for a better explaination:
