My Yamaha Black Rota Torque's

So I finally snapped a few shots of my Yamaha Black Rota Torque's on my 05 PPW.

Big thanks to Dan over at Wheeldude for answering my questions and hooking me up with the wheels.

I think they look killer on the PPW.

18x9.5 +20 all the way around
255-40-18 Nitto Invo's up front
275-40-18 Nitto Invo's in back

Slightly dropped on Hotchkis springs

No problem Reagan  The car looks awesome with the new setup :) I've always been a big fan of black wheels on PPW, definiately gives a clean and aggressive look! I'm currently running black wheels on my white daily drive and love it

No need to paint the caps ;) The Torque's use the Rota Daytona cap which can be easily modified. Simply heat the caps in a warm pot of water (not too hot hehe!) and then remove the logo. It's held on by an adhesive and once removed it will leaves a flush color matched cap

I didnt want a crazy drop since its my daily and Houston roads are BAD thus I went with the bigger sidewall on my tires to help eliminate gap :icon38:

exactly, i hate seeing all these cars who arent properly lowered getting new tires with a "30" sidewall leaving these huge gaps.

I feel you got appropriate sized tires for what your setup is.

blitz rear spoiler
painting roof black
handles black
shaving front Z emblem

.... then I will probably dress up the engine bay and maybe some new seats

I am more of a looks over performance person ...

And thanks everyone else for the positive comments!

Similar but not the same.. The main difference is of course the wheel weight, with the Rota Torque being ~2 lbs lighter per wheel.. ;) :icon38:
