My car has just been taken from me...sadly I made some bad decisions with my money and well, I paid for it with getting her repossessed. I guess everyone learns life lessons at some point
I honestly shed a tear during the part out and today when she was taken away.
First week I had her, September 2006

June 2008 Coilovers, Exhaust, Sound System

November 2008 06+ rims, roof overlay, spacers, eyelids

March 2009 VOLKS

September 2009 BODY WORK..11 weeks of to much to list

January 2010 Seibon TS hood, 06+ lights, JDM side markers, berk HFC, Injen CAI

January 2011..Downfall begins volks gone, 06+ lights gone, jdm tails, engine mods, seibon ts hood

THE END

Im not looking for advice or for people to tell me what I should have done...Whats done is done and Iv paid the price. I just wanted to share the progress of my car over the years...oh and I would have never started modding if I hadnt join these forums
...thats how infectious this site is and some of its members Z's are...about $23k in aftermarket sh*t and custom body work.
The only advice I would give...which is common sense to me as of september 2010 when I lost my job...pay the car off before modding

Ain't that the truth.
It's sad to see another beautifully done Z parted out, but sometimes you got to do it to preserve other important things. Good luck to you.
Sorry that it had to happen that way, hopefully you can buy another Z in the future.
At least you learn your lesson and can be open about it. Sadly, for some, they will never admit fault and be in denial. Move on, 350Z will be cheaper when your back on your feet financially later on. Best wishes to you.

Thanks guys
Im a step ahead, looking at 300s and 240s right now
I guess Im not really embarrassed about the whole situation because the whole time I was modding I was on the forums always passing threads where youd see someone say "I have X dollars what should I do first" You go in and see "Pay it off". I was always thinking in the back of my head, "that would probably be a good idea", I never know what could happen. In other words I guess I felt it was gonna bite me in the a$$ at some point so I came to terms with it a long time ago.

I've got a good friend in B'ham with a sr 240 for sale... cheap.
I think this is great to hear. You had a beautiful car and I am sorry about your loss. I myself bought mine six months ago and have been dumping money into mods and had to stop the other day and say enough for now. I wish you the best guy. Good luck. Start saving for a 370z.
