For all the people giving me crap about being cheap and salvaging my tires from my old setup and having them be stretched.
A little present came by my work today.
<a href="http://s1313.photobucket.com/user/Neeko94/media/image_zpsc379ad76.jpeg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1313.photobucket.com/albums/t541/Neeko94/image_zpsc379ad76.jpeg" border="0" alt=" photo image_zpsc379ad76.jpeg"/></a>
<a href="http://s1313.photobucket.com/user/Neeko94/media/image1_zps1be36f70.jpeg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1313.photobucket.com/albums/t541/Neeko94/image1_zps1be36f70.jpeg" border="0" alt=" photo image1_zps1be36f70.jpeg"/></a>
They are still not the size I want to run. but getting this series of tire for free...how can I not put them on my car!

Plan to put these as my fronts when my current tires wear out.
And depending on spending habbits. Either pick up nitto motivos or RE11's in 265/40/18 for the rears

Bought and installed a little sub setup this past weekend!

Picked up a 400 rms Eclipse amp for $40 off of a good friend.
Wiring kit $28
Bass **** $10
Bought a Qlogic box with 10' JL subwoofer off of ebay $65
6 pack $9
Total: $150
Got done with the install for the second time after wiring the remote wire wrong the first time... Turn it on.... Sounded like garbage!!! turns out the sub was aged and the foam deteriorated once it started pulsing.
Contacted the the ebay seller. Ended up getting a whole refund and was able to keep the box as courtesy.
Now bought a new Kicker Cvr10 10' for $78 being 30% off amazon
with a rms of 400 also, has a good sweet spot with the amp too

So everything worked out pretty good and got a good bargain out of it along with some wiring knowledge!

Will post pics later!

Some bad news.

Car is stalling when in neutral, happens randomly.
Though this morning, stalled 8 times within a 2-3 miles drive to work.

Have a feeling its either MAF, throttle body or spark plugs. but tough to diagnose as of now.

Also the amp in the sub setup is overheating and causing it to go in safe mode.
Either the amp is shot (doubt it) or I have a bad ground. So plan to have a buddy grind down some frame metal and weld the ground connector down and hopefully it will solve the problem

Took out the throttle body, MAF sensor and JWT filter for a good cleaning.
Throttle body was pretty gunked up and got majority of it all out

Having some custom goodies made brings sacrifice for a little bit

A picture before the new splitter gets powder coated.
1 of 1 made specific to my bumper model.
<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/13963082319" title="1512380_10201661578974679_3269025646677796230_n by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5274/13963082319_43afaa51a9_z.jpg" width="480" height="640" alt="1512380_10201661578974679_3269025646677796230_n"></a>
Planning to gap/space the splitter 3/4 of an inch below the bumper itself.
Then going to install another ebay EZlip to fill the gap and hide the bolts/rods.

Producer originally wanted to mount it flush under the bumper. But if its its meant for downforce. Im going to mount it the most effective way possible

Off Topic, but a pretty cyber hated GTR showed up at my work today
Really not my taste. But the body work and crafstmanship on this car is pretty amazing for being all custom.

On a real note. I picked up my bumper with my custom made lip!!
The company is Aero Flow Dynamics. Ive known the owner throughout highschool as friends of friends. They mainly specialize with subarus, but quickly expanding.
CNCd aluminum that comes with a gloss black powder coat.

Normally they mount these flush with the bumper.
However I requested to add spacers to gap the splitter from the bumper in efforts to grab more wind and give it a direct exit.
I will post better pics from a local meet attended the same night

BIGGGG OVERDUE UPDATE!

To start off. About 6 weeks ago my oem radiator blew out on me while on my way to work. I Picked up a koyo 53mm rad as well as my hotchkis sway bars that took 5 weeks to come in for some reason
**Installed the radiator the next day through the night in the front parking lot of my work hah.
<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14945747881" title="image(8) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3873/14945747881_7b351e997e_z.jpg" width="478" height="640" alt="image(8)"></a>

about two weeks after that dilema, I registered for Extreme Auto Fest San Diego and planned to go with my sponsors Aero Flow cars.
However the night before the event at 11pm. I was headed to a friends house and hit a hill incline with not enough angle....started to reverse and continue to hear scrapping. I get out of my freshly waxxed car to notice that my entire bumper is torn off, hanging completely upside down and dragging by one tab.
I took a pic after I flipped it over
<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14762229288" title="image(10) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3868/14762229288_e2d7216987_z.jpg" width="640" height="640" alt="image(10)"></a>

After this my friend helped me take my bumper to my sponsors SkyPrint medias house that was nearby
By the end of the night it was 2am and my bumper/fenders were re drilled and zip tied just to make it to the show at 7am haha
<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14925851276" title="10488087_10202305130619346_4025211837716658630_n by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5566/14925851276_3a15c2ec0a_z.jpg" width="640" height="480" alt="10488087_10202305130619346_4025211837716658630_n"></a>

While the next day I was fortunate to make it safe and had a picture taken during roll in.

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14762338377" title="image(3) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3835/14762338377_68b412371f_z.jpg" width="640" height="427" alt="image(3)"></a>

Later on I put some new rubber on the car.
New 265/40/18 Michelin super sports. Love these things except you cant hear too much feed back from them if they are not warmed up a little.

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14925852596" title="image(12) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5591/14925852596_dd4281c512_z.jpg" width="640" height="640" alt="image(12)"></a>

Nittos Auto Enthusiast day came around and fortunately got to hangout with some fellow Z friends for the day. And also got to show off my new Aero Flow side splitters at the event as well

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14945781321" title="10531413_558746490903846_8721475766565852246_o by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5573/14945781321_fbf9cc42c7_z.jpg" width="640" height="427" alt="10531413_558746490903846_8721475766565852246_o"></a>

As the day after I was caught at the PUREVip meet

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14762230488" title="image(15) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5585/14762230488_1a9faa4e7d_z.jpg" width="640" height="428" alt="image(15)"></a>

Then finally deciding to fix my bumper, I went to 9K racing. I had them Fab up a custom bracket to my fender and we installed Quick Latch bumper quick releases.
I always hated the JDM ties and never like the actual "Latches" people used also.
So I found these things and they look and function pretty awesome

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14762169450" title="image(11) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3892/14762169450_e2ccec20f5_z.jpg" width="478" height="640" alt="image(11)"></a>
<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14762297227" title="image(13) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3904/14762297227_f1e5fdde7a_z.jpg" width="478" height="640" alt="image(13)"></a>

and in return for the shop. I painted 2 walls in their shop. This being one of them LOL
*** yes. that is indeed a killer whale....

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14925851386" title="image(7) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5555/14925851386_1937cbc7cc_z.jpg" width="640" height="478" alt="image(7)"></a>

Deciding on new things to do to my car. I mocked up a new rear end setup. Pretty retarded, but I liked it.
Straight cut ins to the rear quarter panel, exposing the tire with 3 canards.
Then a center diffuser that would hang off body will 4 fins as well.

<a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/24890749@N04/14762170670" title="image(14) by purpletiger77, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3881/14762170670_10fc8855eb_z.jpg" width="640" height="428" alt="image(14)"></a>

However this is all on hold now as I found a leak with my valve covers and will slowly start my engine build one thing at a time.

I was debating on tomei cams, springs and retainers. But have done the research and obtained the knowledge that JWT puts extensive amounts of research and testing into their cams alone and decided on using their 272 cams instead of tomei's.
also on my parts list. I have - new valve covers - CP rods - Eagle heads - ACL bearings - Z1's complete gasket set - ARP head studs - Ferra valves - Z1 motor mounts - Z1 clutch pivot ball - Tomei headers and possibly a new flywheel but maybe not

Should be purchasing something for the new build shortly

Ohh and If anyone has seen the LTMW GT3 around instagram, in some pics you can see the wall I painted for Aero Flow Keep an eye out on Super Street for a feature too

I can def appreciate the way you spent money on a budget, but I was getting pretty tired of seeing what you paid for everything in every post. But I guess that's what's important to you.

Either way man, I like the way you haven't cheaped out for a stance/tire stretch look. Thank God not all kids are retards. Loving the look you're going for
