Like I said earlier, I'm actually really low. I'll measure my sideskirt to the ground once I get home from work. I'm at the 265/35 with 9.5 +12 and it fits perfect imo. I'll get some pics for you tonight as well.

I think the 265 would match up better rotationally as well like you estimated.

Shouldn't require much more than or right at -2. I've thought about going to -2.5 front and around -1.8 rear just to get a bit better of a feel in the curve.

Oh my bad, I thought you were on 18's.

Definitely! Please take some pics. If I can cram in some 265's without any crazy camber, they would easily be worth considering

Jimmy's z was a perfect setup. Also he widen those fenders 2" rear 1" front.

Add some camber Andy. 2*.

Get some meat on those bones hahah.

I remember reading that he widened them, but I couldn't remember by how much. I love how subtle, yet aggressive, they look.

Hahaha yeah I think you hit the nail on the head.

Hindsight, I probably should have left my door handles the OEM color. I think I'll eventually get them repainted to SS, same with my hood latches.

After talking with a few guys on here, I'm thinking about trying to track down a Voltex diffuser and rear lip before the next ZdayZ. MM'08_350z has a few pictures of his diffuser matched to the chargespeed side skirts and they seem to flow rather well together. I'd just be worried that'd it be too much, and I'd sort of lose my bumper tuck sexiness, although Renfro's looks great with that combo. Anyone have any thoughts?

I've seen people on here wait +7 months as well, but some companies have them advertised as a 2-3 month wait.

Anyway, new page, figured I'd throw up some new pics

When the SSR's get in, I'm switching back to fatter tires.
Fronts: 255/35 on 9.5 +12
Rears: 285/35 on 10.5 +10

With as low as I am, I don't think I could really go any fatter without either more camber, or a 30 sidewall.

Those sizes should fit great. The 255 in the front gave mine a nice stance and the turn-in grip is much better. I have been running 275/35 rear with +10 but have had some 5mm spacers on for a while now. Will be going 285 or with a more aggressive tire compound soon. The 255/285 will be more proportional than my 255/275 setup.

looks amazing
IMHO i would just buy 2 new door handles and install them in the OEM finish with no paint , cost will be same or less than painting them SS , super easy to install, in case you never did

just a thought

all the nice parts take FOREVER OMG

I think your car looks good the way it is. I am not a fan of mix matching kits, however... members you list above have a sick set up but if you're getting the voltex rear, you should get the long nose front too. Because your front is what lack the "aggressiveness" with stock bumper and lip IMO. Your stance is great. Your wheels looks good and that hood is omg. I think an aggressive front bumper will give your car a more noticeable make over than rear diffuser.

I agree with jdmfetish - with keeping the handle of oem finish... no paint. We all know jdm parts take forever lol.

Thanks again for all the info! We definitely need to try to get together for some pics before or after Z Nationals. I have a feeling my SSR's will come in after the meet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. You're more of man than me if you decide to head out on the track

Truer words have never been spoken! That's a really good idea about the handles, I'm still up in the air about them though. I know they were designed for the Z, but I haven't liked them since the first time I saw them. I'm hoping that if I go the SS route, that it will help "hide" them a bit better.

Yeah, that's pretty much my thinking as well. Exterior parts that flow together help balance the car. I've always wanted the Chargespeed Type II front bumper, but I don't think it goes really well with the bottomline side skirts. I also cracked my Nismo V2 rep bumper rather easily when I had it, another reason I'm bit hesitant to go back to a front bumper instead of a rear diffuser, but you're spot on about the front not being super aggressive right now.

Damn you and your slick salesman skills! I'm seriously considering a certain set in South FL, you might know of them...

I thought you were down with that brown booty?

You might have seen them on a white 04 that rocked an MCR hood and Momentum single turbo, and would tear up the autox tracks back in the day...that is, before being upgraded to an HR Nismo.
